DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

I am out-of-network for all insurance. However, I am happy to provide receipts of services for anyone who wants to seek out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance. I also accept FSA and HSA accounts.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT/IF MY INSURANCE WILL REIMBURSE?

Many clients have 60-80% of their therapy cost reimbursed to them after reaching their deductible, based on their out-of-network benefits. I recommend calling your specific insurance provider, before therapy services, to determine if any prior authorization is necessary and to learn more details about your specific deductible and reimbursement rates.

WHAT CODES DO YOU USE?

We use the following Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes:

• Initial Intake Session: 90791 $180

• Individual Therapy: 90834: $180

• Individual Therapy: 90837: $180

• Group Therapy: 90853 $85

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

All major credit cards, HSA and FSA payments. All fees will be charged at midnight the night of your appointment. I use “IVY Pay” to process payments. You will receive a text from me with a link to enter your card information on their secure platform. https://www.talktoivy.com/ivypay

50 Minute Intake session $180
50 Minute Individual therapy $180
50 Minute Group therapy $85

DO YOU OFFER REDUCED RATES?

I am able to offer a reduced rate on a sliding scale. The rate is based off of the client’s individual needs. Keep in mind a reduced rate appointment will occur before 2:00pm.

WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE/ NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT.

If you are running late, or need to cancel your appointment, email or text is the best way to notify me as I am unable to take phone calls while in session.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AT MY INTAKE?

Children 5th grade and under - Intakes are caregivers only for younger clients, so please arrange child care.

Teenagers: Intakes are split between the teen and caregiver, 25 min each. If this is not possible, a parent only intake is fine too.

Adults: Intakes are a space for you to interview me as well, ensuring you feel we are a good fit so feel free to come with questions for me.

Intakes are informational sessions. Topics will include social/emotional/family history, previous therapies, goals, strengths, struggles, etc.

ALL PAPERWORK MUST BE FILLED OUT PRIOR TO INTAKE- this is non-negotiable as legally I am required to have permission to provide clinical care. If you forgot, or had troubles logging in, I have paper forms at the office.

WHAT DO I DO IN A TIME OF CRISIS?
